Arts and Crafts House

We are leading the major renovation on this Arts and Crafts home in Newcastle, doubling its size to almost 8,000 sqft. As a nationally recognised historical property situated in a prominent conservation area, this project requires creative solutions and exceptional attention to detail.

Together with a handpicked team of local consultants, we are carefully restoring and reconfiguring the original building, while adding large side and rear extensions spanning 1, 2, and 3 storeys. Upon completion, five luxurious bedroom suites will combine historical charm and contemporary comfort, with a kitchen and family room, games room and guest accommodation all incorporated to facilitate sociable, modern living.
