Village Infill

With a reputation for navigating complex and challenging projects, we collaborated with this client to design 32 bespoke dwellings and a cafe, all designed to reconnect and revitalise a tired Northumberland village.

Shortlisted for a Housing Design Award, our project involved the development of an overarching masterplan which would intelligently link several small pockets of land to create one cohesive village centre. Our design unifies and reinvigorates this former mining community while enhancing local amenities and providing elegant, desirable new homes to families in the community.
